Jack Guarcello

I was a kid that grew up in a bad section of Brooklyn. Joined the Navy before I could be drafted into the Army. Met a lot of great guys, in boot camp, company 746 at the Great Lakes and on the Liddle. I was nick named the GOLDEN GINNY, thought I was tuff, Italian from the streets. They changed me; spent a lot of time mess cooking. Helped with the decommission of the liddle, taking it to Louisiana, and picked up the Beverly W Reid. Went on the shakedown cruise at Gitmo, and road a hurricane through Cape Hater us. Went on to become a NYC Policeman and grew up.
